Heart Art offers you the means to develop & free up your creative expression in a supportive group environment. You will be gently guided to connect to your feelings to explore and express the immense creative resources that lie within you. We will work with simple meditations, energy awareness exercises and writing to support and enhance the creative process. It is an easy, relaxed form of expression to help connect to feelings and move through any blockages which may be holding you back in progressing towards your full potential in life.
No previous art experience is necessary. You will learn to be free in your expression and therefore create a freedom in your personal journey through life.
Learn to appreciate the depths of human beings and appreciate who we are - personal growth and personal illness can be assisted to shift and re-balance when we allow the space for creativity and silence.
Create a discipline for yourself that can energise, support, strengthen, and can bring joy, relaxation, and a sense of achievement.
We focus on the process of the painting and not on the outcome. In all workshops you will be painting freely and spontaneously on large sheets of paper using a palette of 18 beautiful colours.

Tea & coffee break morning & afternoon.
